STANDARD DELIVERY COSTS
Standard shipping within the continental US is free on all orders $60 & over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5-9 business days after the order is placed using DHL.
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $60, regardless of the state.

BASIC TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING
Orders placed before 10:00 AM PDT Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 2-3 business days during non-sale periods. Please note that during major sale periods, shipping time may be extended by several days due to high volume. Rest assured, we strive to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.
Order cancellation is only available if the order is unfulfilled.

CELORA.BY is pleased to offer international shipping to the following countries/regions: Canada, Mexico, and the United Arab Emirates.
- WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DOES CELORA.BY INTERNATIONAL PROVIDE?
Our standard shipping method for domestic (USA) orders is USPS. Our standard shipping method for international orders is DHL. All shipments include USPS and DHL tracking numbers, and customers will automatically receive their tracking numbers via email once the postage has been created.
- HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING? (USA)

- HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING? (International)
- Canada: $20 USD
- Mexico: $35 USD
- United Arab Emirates: Calculated based on weight and destination.
- WILL MY ORDER BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS, FEES, OR DUTY TAX?
Once items arrive at their destination, customs duties, sales tax on imports, and handling fees will be determined by the customs office. The recipient will be invoiced by DHL. By placing an order and providing the required information, you agree to the import regulations of the destination country. Customs duties, sales taxes, and handling fees charged by DHL on behalf of the customs office are non-refundable, even if the items are returned.
- CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your order has already been paid and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address for faster processing. Please note, once an order has been packed, we cannot edit the address or modify the order. We cannot guarantee an address change until you receive a confirmation email from one of our agents.
- WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
International orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday, KST) and shipped excluding federal holidays. Free standard shipping can take approximately 2 weeks to a month for delivery. Please email us at ikoglobalinc@gmail.com if you have trouble tracking the parcel after 7 business days.
- MY TRACKING NUMBER HAS NO UPDATES, WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
It’s normal for tracking updates to be delayed for a few days. Once your package arrives at your local post office, the tracking might not update until it is out for delivery. If 10 business days have passed without an update, please contact us at global@celorabeauty.com for assistance.
- I DID NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER, HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You should receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you did not receive this, please email us at ikoglobalinc@gmail.com with your order number, and we will check the status for you.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS (USA ONLY)
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number in all communications for faster processing.
- Only products purchased on celoraby.com are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Items purchased from other retailers are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- We cannot replace or refund partially used products or products with broken seals.
- If a package is confirmed as delivered by our logistics partners but is lost or stolen, we are unable to issue a refund.
- We are not responsible for personal damage to an item (e.g., dropped, spilled, misused).
